Unit perks: This rental is a private upper unit at The Golden Hour! Everything shown in the pictures on the listing is your private upper unit.

--This rental has a fully stocked kitchen, mini fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and blender. Essentials like K- coffee cups, plates, cups, cookware, utensils, and paper towels.
--Free parking is provided at property. *Max of 2 cars. Park in front of garage in space marked unit 2
--Bathroom doesn't have a bathtub only a shower. A hair dryer is provided for your use.
**Note since this rental is a duplex and has central air system for heating/cooling unfortunately in this unit there is no physical thermostat your host will control temperature remotely. We do provide a heating/cooling fan to provide comfort.

🛏️SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Golden Hour upper unit sleeps up to 6 people
Bedroom 1: king bed (2 people)
Bedroom 2: Quenn bed (2 people)
Living area: sleeper sofa (2 people)

TECHNOLOGY:
--A large flat screen TV is located in the living room
--Wifi is provided
OUTDOOR SPACE:
There is a patio with seating for 4-6

ADDITIONAL INFO:
We welcome guests of all backgrounds!
However due to prior disrespectful renters and property damage, we will only be accepting booking requests from:
--Airbnb users who are "verified" and already have positive reviews from other hosts.
If a guest has no previous positive reviews we require guest to be willing to put down a fully refundable deposit of 300!
** A ring camera is located by the entrance on the outside.
**Smoking is NOT permitted on our property. If there is any evidence of smoking, there will be an additional cleaning fee charged.

*** Pets aren't permitted in our rental. If evidence is found guest will be charged an extra cleaning fee.

** If you are bringing small kids, the unit isn't baby -proofed. (Furniture isn't secured to walls, outlet blockers aren't included, ect...

***note that the lower unit may be rented out at the same time, (their ceiling is your floor) so there is a potential for noise from other guests.
We do provide sound machines in each bedroom.
***Quite hours are between 10 pm and 7 am.
