Unit perks: This rental is a private lower unit at The Golden Hour! Everything shown in the pictures on the listing is your private lower unit.
--This rental has a fully stocked kitchen, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and blender. Essentials like K- coffee cups, plates, cups, cookware, utensils, and paper towels.
--Free parking is provided at property. *Max of 2 cars. Park in front of garage in space marked unit 1
--Bathroom doesn't have a bathtub only a shower. A hair dryer is provided for your use.
**Note since this rental is a duplex and has central air system for heating/cooling this unit uses the same thermostat then the upper unit so please have it set at a reasonable temperature 67-74. Host can remotely control thermostat so if it isn't set to reasonable temp, Host may change if asked to do so by other guests.

Golden Hour lower unit sleeps up to 7 people
Bedroom 1: king bed (2 people)
Bedroom 2: Full size bunk beds (3 people)
Living area: sleeper sofa (2 people)

There is a porch with 2 rocking chairs

ADDITIONAL INFO:
We welcome guests of all backgrounds!
However due to prior disrespectful renters and property damage, we will only be accepting booking requests from:
--Airbnb users who are "verified" and already have positive reviews from other hosts.
If a guest has no previous positive reviews we require guest to be willing to put down a fully refundable deposit of 300!

**Smoking is NOT permitted on our property. If there is any evidence of smoking, there will be an additional cleaning fee charged.

** If you are bringing small kids, the unit isn't baby -proofed.(furniture isn't secured to walls, outlet blockers aren't included, ect...

*** Pets aren't permitted in our rental. If evidence is found guest will be charged a extra fee.
***note this unit is the lower level but however the are a couple (4-6 )steps to enter unit.
***note that the upper unit may be rented out at the same time, (their floor is your ceiling) so there is a potential for noise from other guests.
We do provide sound machines in each bedroom.
***Quite hours are between 10 pm and 7 am.
